Sheremetyevo I Airport (SVO)

Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) is located 20 miles (32 kilometers) northwest of central Moscow 2. Moscow's gateway to the wider world, SVO has two main passenger terminals: one international and one domestic.

Sheremetyevo International Airport has good banking, ATM and bureau de change facilities available in the international terminal, in both the Arrivals and Departures areas. There is a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in both terminals. In addition, the excellent shops on offer include duty-free stores. For the business traveller, SVO has a conference center available for hire in the international terminal.

For those looking to rent a car on arrival in Moscow, most major car rental companies are represented at the airport.

Sheremetyevo International Airport does not have the parking options that an airport of its status perhaps deserves. However, short-term parking facilities are available at both terminals.

The airport is located 30 km to the South-West from Moscow. Flights to all regions of Russia, Highway M3 (starts at the end of Leninsky Avenue).
